One of the core principles of such spiritual healing like Reiki is the all-powerful ‘cosmic law of attraction’. This pertains before a patient can receive healing, they must become resonant with the energy of healing. To create such an energy shift within a person a spiritual healer must have the relevant psychic abilities to perform this.

How to Get Initiated to Reiki

Sometimes, sessions can release pent up feelings and you may feel emotional for a few hours afterward. However, these feelings will stabilize, and you should feel cleansed and cathartic. Each relaxing session may involve chakra balancing and clearing, cord-cutting, and healing. Sessions tend to last between 45mins to 90mins.

As your understanding of the methodology increases, you may start to see auras outside of sessions as your intuition improves.
