Why did my review get rejected?

We always want our customers to be happy with the service they receive from our psychics at Mysticsense. However, there are times when a customer is left disappointed with their reading. Leaving a negative review in such circumstances is a way that the customer can express their disapproval.

Do you accept credit card deposits?

Yes, we do. We use Stripe as our card processor. We also use PayPal as a payment processor.

How do I get a reading?

Firstly, you will need to register as a customer, then please follow this link to browse through our Online Psychics..
You can sort the Psychics by using our unique filter tool on the left side of the page by Status, Specialties, Badge, Tools, and even the reading style.
If you encounter any difficulties with registering, please contact "Customer Services"

How can I make a deposit?

If you are registered on Mysticsense, you can make a deposit from the 'Deposit' section of your account.
Kindly note that the minimum deposit is $10.

My card was charged but I do not see the credit in my account?

For any successful deposit made through PayPal or Stripe, you will receive a transaction reference number via email. We require this reference number to verify your payment.
Please note that sometimes a charge may appear as 'Pending' on your card statement but is not received by us. These transactions are temporary holds by your bank and typically drop off within 3-5 days.
If you are not sure, please contact us via Live Chat or Contact Us page.

How do I change my email address and/or phone number on my account?

Please login to your account and go to 'My Account' then "Communication Preferences" to update your registered email address with us.
Members can update their registered phone number anytime from within their account under the 'Communication Preferences' section.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes! All personally identifiable information is captured and displayed using 256-bit data encryption over a secure internet connection. We do not store your credit card number or expiration date on this site. Our financial processors (PayPal and Stripe) are the only ones with access to this information.

Why doesn't Mysticsense offer free readings?

Free readings are generally given by inexperienced psychic advisors in order to build their reputation and clientele. Our psychic advisors already come highly trained and experienced. We invite you to read their profiles and reviews to carefully select the psychic who best suits your needs.
We're confident about the quality of readings that you'll receive with each and every member of our team and therefore we don't feel it fair or necessary to encourage them to work for free.

How do you recruit your psychics?

We get many applications every day and these are carefully looked at to see that the strength and quality of the application is strong and from there just a few of the applicants make it through to the interview stage. The interview is designed to find out more about the applicant’s ethical stance and experience plus they must give us a demonstration reading. Our interviewers are experienced psychics in their own right. If successful, the applicant will still have a meeting with their account manager to ensure they understand the technological side of our platform. This way, we are able to maintain the level of the quality our customers come to expect of us.
All of our psychics are carefully screened and tested before we hire them. Unlike other psychic sites, we use an actual photo of the psychic and we know it's real because we verify it against their legal photo ID (driver's license, passport or tax ID).
We also have a regular assessment and periodical internal audits for each and every psychic on our platform, and we remove anyone who does not meet our quality standards.

Where are your psychics based?

Everywhere and anywhere. We don’t expect our psychics to be from anywhere in particular, only that they’re fluent in English. How do I post a review for my reading?

You can leave a review of your experience from within your account under the 'Review Readings' section. You will also receive an email asking for your feedback on the reading. A review can be left for every session, but it is not obligatory to do so.
If you wish to amend a review, this can be done so from within your " customer account"

How much does a reading cost?

Every psychic at Mysticsense sets their own rate per minute pricing which you can see before calling them on their profile page.
The minimum deposit value is $10.

Do you have a money back policy?

Mysticsense does its best to provide the best service you can get in the field of Psychics, however, we accept there may be times when you are not be satisfied with the service you received from us.

How can I see a copy of my chat/call/video readings?

If you want to see your chat/call/video logs, these are available in your dashboard. Please follow these instructions:
1) Go to "My account"
2) In your Personal Area menu on the left hand side, select "Account History.
3) You will see a list of all your readings and all you need do is click on the "Watch" link to see your chats or listen to your calls and videos.
And that's it!

How do I report an issue with my reading?

In case you are not satisfied with reading from your psychic or encountered a technical issue, kindly report to Customer Services within 24 hours through the Live Chat or Contact Us page so we could investigate the issue.
Note: Any compensation or credit for the minutes will be at the sole discretion of Mysticsense following the outcome of the investigation.

Can I contact a psychic directly?

For your protection, you should never ever give the psychic your phone number, address, e-mail address, or any instant messenger handles. Our psychics will not do readings for you outside of Mysticsense platform.
Our psychics are forbidden to give out their personal information, ask for your personal information or ask you to send them money. If any psychic solicits your personal information, offers their personal information or asks you to send money to them, immediately end the reading and Contact Us at once.

Is your service reputable?

It’s our mission to be as clear and transparent on our services as we possibly can. We don’t want you to spend money you can’t afford and it’s not in our values to hit you with hidden charges. All of our psychics charge per-minute and their prices are made as clear as possible. As a Mysticsense customer, you’ll have your own account and deposit funds directly, so you can limit your spending to what you can afford. If you need a longer reading than usual, adding funds is simple and you’re able to track your contributions much easier. Customers will only ever be charged for the time they spend with a psychic advisor and nothing else. Mysticsense doesn’t bill any charges to your phone and only takes payment from your account balance.

I am 17 years old, can I get a psychic reading on Mysticsense?

No, the absolute minimum age for customers to get psychic readings is 18. You must declare your date of birth when you sign up with Mysticsense.

How do I close my account?

We are sorry to see you go. Please contact Customer Services to request your account to be closed.

Why should I buy a reading if I only have a simple question?

While your question may be simple, most of the time the answers are not. Your psychic may see more into a situation than you ever imagined and he/she may have answers to questions that you never even asked.

How can I set the correct time zone?

Members can choose a corresponding time zone based on their current location from within their account under the 'Personal info' section.

How do I change my account password?

All registered members can change the password to their account under the 'Personal info' section of their customer profile.
Note: We recommend choosing a strong password consisting of at least one uppercase, lowercase, special character, and a number.

How do I become a psychic on your platform?

To become a psychic, apply through our website. Fill out the application form with your details and experience. Our team will review your application and get back to you within a few days.

What are the requirements to join as a psychic?

We require psychics to have a minimum of two years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to help others. A background check may also be conducted.

If I want to make changes to my profile, do I have to ask you first?

Yes, you must submit your changes to us first so that we can check if it falls within our guidelines.

Who do I contact in case I have questions or concerns?

Most of the time, your account manager will be able to answer all your queries, we also have a support team who will also help you. Your account manager is available by email and can contact you by phone if you so request.

Can a customer leave me a financial bonus if they wanted to?

We currently do not have this feature available.

Am I permitted to go online and take calls outside of my set scheduled hours?

Yes, the schedule you set for when you'll be online is intended to help clients / potential customers know when you might be available so they have a sense of when they can get a reading with you. It's helpful to customers if they really want a reading with you and it's helpful to you because you can establish and maintain a loyal client base by logging in during those hours. Your schedule is flexible and it doesn't affect our site search engine.

Is there any software/other equipment needed in order to receive chats/calls/videos?

No, once you make yourself available ONLINE to take calls, all sessions are routed through our switchboard - we take care of it all. The equipment you will need is a PC, microphone, camera, and speakers. At present you cannot operate on Mysticsense only using your phone.
We do require from our psychics a stable internet connection as all our online tools and your onboarding process will look for a good internet connection.

What does it mean to be “Top Rated” on Mysticsense?

If you become a Top Rated Psychic with us, your profile will always be at the top of the list of psychics when you are online. Obviously the benefits for you are that you will get more calls and we will ask you to raise your rates according to this new status in order to create a fairer playing field for those who are not top rated.
Please note that we have created a couple of conditions for becoming a top rated seller based on average ratings and numbers of reviews. These criteria are subject to change and at Mysticsense, we will change them as we feel is necessary.
It is possible that your rating might fall below our criteria if you get some poor reviews, and your top rated status will be removed. However with more good reviews, your overall rating will increase and so you will become top rated again.

Does Mysticsense help me with my tax return?

You are not required to do anything tax-wise on our site and Mysticsense is not in a position to advise on your tax return as you are a freelancer with us. Please consult the IRS to get the correct advice.

How will Mysticsense promote me?

Our website is optimized to promote you as a psychic. Clients can easily narrow down, via use of filters, the type of guidance they’re looking for and be met with a targeted list of advisors for that category. We also promote some of our psychics on various social media platforms by awarding them the "Staff Pick" badge which lasts for one week.
We are also conducting the "Mysticsense Series" - this is a series of video interviews on certain spiritual topics. You can always apply to do this as the interviews are shown on our social media platforms and will increase your visibility.

What abilities and experience do I need to be a reader with you?

To be a Mysticsense psychic, we require that you have some experience and are able to provide readings in several areas. We expect:
- Experience giving psychic readings professionally
- Used to performing readings over the phone, though this isn’t essential
- Abilities such as clairvoyance, empathy, and mediumship
- Ability to use tools such as tarot, oracle cards, runes, and crystals
- The highest standard of ethics and quality
- Passion and desire to help others
We prefer to hire psychics who have professional experience of giving readings already. It’s that balance between giving the truth to customers in a way which doesn’t cause upset or fear. We insist on a strong ethical stance from our psychics and we have a robust interviewing system in place to discover what an applicant’s ethics are as well as ability. A good familiarity with the technical side of things is also important as well.

A customer left me a really unfair poor review! Can you remove it please?

Our Poor Reviews Policy:
We know that customers' poor reviews can sometimes seem very unfair however, we have to tread a very fine line between the customer and you, the psychic. When we do not publish poor reviews it can and does upset the customers who often complain if their feedback is not shown. They also then start to lose trust in our brand if we only publish good reviews - we simply cannot cherry pick the good ones from the bad. It looks false and we pride ourselves on being honest.
Most psychics can expect one or two poor ones from time to time so please be tolerant as it is almost inevitable in this business, particularly if you tell someone something they do not want to hear. Also, you might want to consider telling them ahead of the reading that they may get an answer they don’t like but it is given from a place of honesty.

How do I get paid as a psychic? How often will I get paid and by what method?

You may decide when you wish to withdraw funds, which can be at any time. Within your dashboard, you can choose how much of your funds you would like to cash out.
Within your dashboard, when a withdrawal is created, an invoice is generated automatically without the need to create one manually.
We use Payoneer and PayPal and It is strongly recommended to prepare in advance and open an account on one or both of these platforms so that when you need to withdraw your money, your receiving account will be ready.

In the seven working days of each transaction, we shall make reasonable efforts to process the payment method selected by each user for the amount agreed between the user and you.
Payments are generally processed quickly. However, psychics should be aware they can take from between 3-5 business days.

It takes more than just good reading skills to be a part of the Mysticsense advisor community. We’re focused on creating an environment where our clients can feel safe and cared for. Even if a reading doesn’t go as planned, we expect all our clients to come away feeling like they received the best service.
What to expect with us:
- We don’t tolerate or use fear tactics. That means advisors will never scare you into calling back or make claims of dangerous consequences should you not keep contributing. Anyone caught doing this will be removed immediately
- No advisor will be used as a means of collecting customer data. Our services are compliant with all data regulations and we never use our advisors to collect data inappropriately
- The privacy of our clients and advisors is one of our main priorities. Advisors are obligated to use a pseudonym and client data is kept well protected
- We have a zero-tolerance policy on negativity between advisors
The only thing our psychics need to worry about is offering the quality psychic counseling services we’re known for.

What would be a suggested work schedule?

As a Mysticsense psychic, you’re an independent contractor and in charge of your own working hours. How much you want to make yourself available is mostly up to you and your schedule, though we recognize between 6:00 pm and 12:00 am to be optimum hours for performing readings.

What is my earning potential?

All Mysticsense psychics have high earning potential but this is entirely dependent on how active and available you are on our website. The more hours you put in, the more reward you get.

Is there an app for Mysticsense?

Not yet, but we are working on it and it will be available in the near future.

Is it possible for me to do just calls and chats?

Yes, you may disable or enable each service at any time you please. To do so; Go to Services > click on the service (calls, chat, video calls) > then the Disable/Enable Service button and save.

Why do I sometimes see myself OFFLINE when I clearly clicked on Go ONLINE?

There are a few reasons why you automatically get placed offline.
1. When you refresh the Call Center page.
2. When you have the Call Center page opened on another tab, browser, or device.
3. When you leave the Call Center page and go to another page on the website on the same tab.

Why can’t I see my profile on the page of psychics?

Try typing your stage name into the search box or listing all psychics A-Z. This way you should show up. Simply scrolling through doesn’t always work because the system randomly reorders the psychics so no one gets an unfair advantage. It is also essential you have one or more of your services enabled, because if none are enabled, you won't show up at all.

When I have a call from a customer, will my phone ring?

No. When a customer wants a voice call session with you, your phone will not ring. Calls are received through the call center page just as the video and chat calls are received, which means that on your side, the call is made through the browser. You will need to use your PC and have a microphone and speakers.

How will I know when I have a call or a chat coming through?

You will be sent notification immediately by SMS, EMAIL and Browser Notification

I have forgotten my login information

Your username and password was the one you set up when you registered with us. If you have forgotten it, then follow this link to recover it. Recover Password.

If I want or need to go offline, do I need to ask you first?

There may be times when you need to go offline when you are scheduled to be on, if so, we would be grateful if you could email us just to let us know and make up your hours at other times.

When I am logged on, it shows that I am not online, why is that?

Please go to your psychic dashboard and click “call center”, it is from here you can make yourself online. Also click on “service schedule” to set the times you can work. On your profile you will see the little circle is gray when you are not online. It goes green when you are. Red means you are on another call.

How many hours work do I need to do a week?

You need to be available and online for at least 12 hours a week, even if you work for less time than that it still counts. Your availability is what matters.
